Conducted in-depth interviews with mid and upper management of medium to large companies and corporations in preparation of Property Tax Appeals Board presentations. Made presentations to County Appeals Boards in the nine bay area counties, plus Shasta County and Placer County, with a ‘win’ ratio of 80%. Helped develop depreciation tables for the valuation of property in California, still in use by the State Board of Equalization today. Set up accounting and other systems for clients to ensure the accurate reporting of assets to their respective Assessors Office, and trained their staff in property tax issues and laws.
